- The
membrane is exposed to an extremely low pressure; approx. 0,02 – 0,08
kg/cm2. This reduces the likelihood of a rupture occurring.
- The
membrane is made in a strong material, and has a degree of elasticity
of minimum 400 %. The membrane wills to a large extent envelop the
cargo.
- The
pressure in the membrane will automatically be kept stable by means
of the electronic controlled inflating and deflating air unit.
- The
product is designed to be expanded and reduced 20 to 30 times a day
and to endure temperature changes from –30 to +70 Celsius.
- Equally
important as preventing damage to the cargo, the use of the AIR SACK
reduces repeated irritation, delays, and in some cases, reduces negative
media coverage due to the damage of the cargo.
- Further
it saves much time compared to the use traditional methods, and it's
multifunctional in terms of securing different kind of goods.
- The
product has been granted two international patents:
-
Securing of cargo for closed holds on trucks, railway-cars, in containers,
on airliners, etc.
-
Securing of cargo on ships, with establishing of watertight bulkheads
in the same operation, etc.
